Position Type: Full-Time.
Salary: 25-65/hr DOE.
Job Description: Experienced Welders, Pipe Fitters or Industrial Refrigeration installers.
Location: Southern California.

Duties: Pipe fitting, setting equipment, welding, and reading blueprints. Can work alone proficiently and understands deadlines. Does not need to be a certified welder but will be required upon starting to obtain certificate. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Actively participating in daily operations, and a readiness to perform hands-on tasks when needed.
  • Install, assemble, and secure refrigeration system components, including piping, support frames, and panels.
  • Perform welding (MIG, TIG, and/or stick) and cutting on steel, aluminum, and stainless materials as required.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation plans.
  • Measure and align components to ensure proper fit and function.
  • Operate power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with layout, fabrication, and modification of metal parts or assemblies.
  • Work with team members to ensure installations are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Inspect and test completed installations for quality assurance and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned that are specific to TDI Refrigeration operations or related company programs.
  • Up to %50 travel is requred.

Requirements: 
  • Good DMV Record. Physical/Drug test upon hiring.
  • 6G Welding certificate 2" pipe.
  • 5+ Years experience.
  • Experience in Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Installation.
